Questions & Answers

How can I book a photoshoot with you? How far in advance should I plan the date?

Booking a photoshoot is easy! Contact me in any way that’s convenient for you, and we’ll choose a date and discuss the details. In summer, it’s best to shoot in the morning or at sunset. I recommend booking at least 5 days in advance to ensure a convenient time and location. We will choose the best day together and go over all the details.

How long does a photoshoot usually take?

The optimal duration for a family or portrait photoshoot is 1.5–2 hours. Time flies by, and most often, by the end of the session, everyone is just starting to truly enjoy the process!

How does the payment process work? Is a prepayment required?

Booking a date is done with a €10 prepayment to a Tinkoff or Wise card. The prepayment is non-refundable! The shoot date can be rescheduled once due to illness or bad weather. Full payment is made on the day of the shoot—either in cash or via card.

In which cases does the cost of the photoshoot increase?

  • If the number of participants in the photoshoot exceeds six, an additional fee of €10 per extra person applies.
  • If you require expedited photo editing (within three days), an additional charge of +50% of the package cost applies.
  • Editing of extra selected photos beyond the package limits costs €3 per photo. The cost of on-location photoshoots depends on travel time to your chosen location:
  •  Up to 1 hour: +€20
  •  More than 1 hour: +€35
  •  The photographer’s transportation to the location, as well as any entrance fees for paid locations, must be covered by the clients.
  • If you do not wish for your photos to be published on the website or social media, an additional fee of €20 applies. Confidentiality of the shoot must be discussed during the booking process.

When will the photos be ready?

All the photos will be ready within 4 weeks. A preview (the best photos, in my opinion, with artistic retouching) is usually available the next day after the photoshoot. On average, I deliver the entire package of photos with basic retouching about 2 weeks after the shoot. Then, I wait for your selection of photos for detailed retouching, and approximately a week later, I provide the final edited images.

What is the difference between basic and artistic retouching?

Basic Retouching

At this stage, I perform cropping, exposure correction, light and shadow adjustments, artistic color correction, removal of unwanted colors, and retouching of unnecessary details (such as people in the background, etc.). All close-up portraits undergo skin imperfection retouching.
With basic retouching, you receive all good shots.

Artistic Retouching

Artistic retouching includes detailed enhancement of the image: refining light and shadow, increasing volume, adjusting hair and body shape, local sharpening, and adding artistic elements (if needed).
With artistic retouching, you receive 5-10 images the next day after the shoot as a preview, plus 5 additional images of your choice.
