🌟 Alisa Stanevskaia’s Portfolio
I am 13 years old, and I live in the world of dance, acrobatics, and the stage.

Hi! My name is Alisa Stanevskaia, and I am 13 years old.
When I was 7, I stretched into a split all on my own and convinced my mom to sign me up for gymnastics—movement has been a part of my life ever since. First it was gymnastics, then acrobatics, then the circus—and right now, what I love most is contemporary dance. I love it when the body can tell stories without words. Sometimes it’s fun, sometimes it’s sad, but it’s always real.
My Journey
7 years old — starting in rhythmic gymnastics
“Victoria” Rhythmic Gymnastics School, Gelendzhik
🏅 That’s where I competed for the first time and even won a gold medal — at the tournament for the Mayor’s Cup. Back then, I realized how amazing it is to perform in front of an audience.

8 years old — sports acrobatics
Municipal Sports School “Fortuna”, Gelendzhik
Then I transferred to the “Fortuna” sports school. I really enjoyed doing flips, handstands, and complex tricks. I earned the 3rd Adult Sports Category — it was not easy, but I did it! We also had many competitions and prizes, and I started to feel strong and confident.

9 years old — circus arts
🎪 “Piligrim” Circus Studio, Gelendzhik
At nine years old, I joined the “Piligrim” circus studio. Everything there was like a fairytale: lights, costumes, music, and the audience. We performed at city, regional, and even international festivals. We also did charity concerts for children to bring them joy. That’s when I realized I want to spend my whole life on stage.

💃10–12 years old — contemporary dance in Montenegro
“Limonad” Sports Dance Club, Budva, Montenegro
When our family moved to Montenegro, I started training at the “Limonad” club in Budva. Here, I fell in love with contemporary dance — it connects everything I had learned before: gymnastics, acrobatics, and emotion.
I am a 🥇 Four-time Champion of Montenegro in the following categories:
Contemporary Dance Solo
Acrobatic Dance Solo
Contemporary Dance Duo
Contemporary Dance Group

What I Dream Of
When I watch Cirque du Soleil performances, I get goosebumps. It is a place where people dance in mid-air, and acrobatics transforms into art. My dream is to one day step onto the Cirque du Soleil stage with a solo act where dance and acrobatics become a single story. I know it takes a lot of hard work to get there — and I’m ready!
